When calling a Dynamics 365 for Operations Data Management Framework import project to enqueue a message, one of the required parameters is Audience.

Where does Audience come from? From the Azure Portal, navigate to your App registrations under Azure Active Directory and select the app for D365 integration.

Click on Manifest, and scroll down. You’ll find it part way does the file in the ‘requiredResourceAccess’ block. I have found this value to be constant across implementations so far.
